刘细祥，男，汉族，博士，教授，硕士研究生导师。材料与环境学院副院长，环境工程专业负责人，广西高校环境友好材料及碳中和新技术重点实验室主任，广西民族大学土壤与地下水环境研究中心主任。承担本科生《环境工程原理》、《化工原理》等课程的教学工作。
